Join us for a STORY BOOK SUMMER! We will increase our knowledge and expand our imagination using children’s literature to guide our weekly themes and bring the story to life. Through the summer we will be highlighting books from The Boxcar Children series, Magic Tree House, Aesop’s Fables, and Classic Fairy Tales. Our goal is to provide each child with a loving atmosphere designed to help the child develop mentally, physically, socially and spiritually.

Our facility opens at 6:45 am, and program activities begin at 8:30am. Children will participate in daily activities that correspond with a weekly theme. Our theme related activities wrap up at 3:00. Care is available until 6:00 pm. Summer Camp for 2019 begins Monday, June 10th and ends Friday, August 9th. We will be closed on Thursday and Friday, July 4th and 5th.

June 17-21 Medieval Times
Join Jack and Annie from the Magic Treehouse as they head to the Middle Ages in The Knight at Dawn. Along with the princess and knight activities, children will be introduced to the Armor of God.

June 24-28 Animal Safari
We are back with Jack and Annie in the African Savannah and the Congo Rainforest. Be on the lookout for lions, monkeys, and other wildlife themed activities! Friday fun will be water games on the playground.

July 1-3 Happy Birthday USA!
This week we will celebrate independence with stories, crafts, and more water games. Rockets and snow cones will be the grand finale of the week!

July 8-12 Farm Fun
Charlotte’s Web, City Mouse and Country Mouse, and Little Red Hen are classic stories to be read this week. Elementary will enjoy age appropriate cooking, drama, and special art activities.

July 15-19 Wild West
Dig out your cowboy hats and boots as we travel to the Wild West! We will solve a mystery with the Boxcar Children and pan for gold. Don’t let Summer Camp be a “ghost town” this week.

July 22-26 Ocean Commotion
Dolphins at Daybreak and Sea Turtle Mystery will be the literature of the week. Even
though we do not live at the ocean, our week will be filled with “fishy” fun!

July 29-August 2 Pirate Adventure
Ahoy mates! Don’t be like Captain “I Can’t!” and Private “Put-it-Off!” Instead, come
discover the treasure found in responsibility and hard work. Our Friday fun will include a movie and special snack.

August 5-9 Games Galore
The grand finale of the summer will include a focus on the Fruit of the Spirit, nutrition, and games, games, games! Let’s end the summer ready to begin a great school year!
